The aim of this Project is to make a short animation that contains the visuality of the Expressionist woodcuts in which psychological conditions appear more than the representation of the reality. The character “Simone”, who is from George Bataille’s story “the Story of an Eye” is chosen as a subject for the animation and a manner of animation related with the art of painting was tried to be kept.
